About the Network
The Swedish Network for Documentary Photography was initiated in 2004 and is made up of museums and other cultural institutions in Sweden with an interest in documentary practices.
The purpose and ambition of the network is to support the practice, study and development of documentary photography and to create fora for presenting documentary work. An important aspect of the network’s activities is to organize seminars and other meeting places where the genre can be discussed and investigated.
